<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">In ultimul timp, in sesiunile de psihanaliza cu clientii mei (in marea lor majoritate antreprenori si middle manageri), am avut de nenumarate ori ocazia sa observ ca perceptiile asupra liderilor s-au schimbat. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">In urma cu 4 ani, liderul era inca o figura proeminenta, carismatica, de admirat si de temut in acelasi timp.</span> </strong>Din perspectiva psihanalitica, vorbim de o idealizare a unei figuri parentale –liderul este perceput ca un tata erou sau un tata autoritar, omnipotent.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Consultantii in resurse umane se straduiau in acea vreme sa-i convinga pe liderii perceputi drept autocrati, narcisici, coplesiti de propria importanta, orientati in mod rigid si exclusiv asupra profiturilor, sa ia din cand in cand in considerare si nevoile oamenilor din subordine. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Bineinteles ca vorbim despre perceptii, iar aceste perceptii asupra liderilor erau destul de puternic influentate de proiectiile subordonatilor / consultantilor izvorate din propriile conflicte cu autoritatea. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Acum, lucrurile par sa se schimbe.  Poate ca inainte liderii erau perceputi drept rigizi si autoritari, dar cel putin li se recunostea competenta. Era clar ca firma prospera datorita lor. Acum inclusiv aceasta competenta a liderilor este din ce in ce mai mult pusa la indoiala.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Multi dintre <strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">noii lideri sunt perceputi ca fiind foarte inteligenti, „smart’ ( care are si o conotatie de „smecher”), buni politicieni, talentati iluzionisti (foarte capabili in a-si crea o imagine favorabila), dar &#8230;imaturi emotional, daca nu chiar infantili.</span> </strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Imaturitatea este evidenta in special in reactiile emotionale la frustrare (copiii nu tolereaza bine frustrarea, nu-i asa?), in fuga de responsabilitate, in comportamentele egocentric-infantile, in deciziile pe care le iau (sau pe care nu le iau), in lipsa de consecventa, precum si in tendinta exagerata de a pretinde rezultate spectaculoase peste noapte fara asumarea platii pretului aferent (imaginea „copilului tiranic” care bate din picior pentru a i se indeplini dorintele).</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">Daca in trecut multi angajati se simteau asemeni unor copii care trebuiau sa gestioneze relatia cu un tata autoputernic si tiranic, in prezent multi angajati se simt in relatie cu unii din sefii lor ca niste copiii care trebuie sa joace ei rolul de parinte pentru parintele lor regresat la stadiul de copil.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="IT">In astfel de situatii<strong>, </strong><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">rolul consultantului psihanalist</span></strong> este de a-l ajuta pe manager sa creasca in planul maturitatii emotionale (prin excelenta unul din domeniile de expertiza ale psihanalizei), iar pe subordonatii sai sa gestioneze eficient afectele (revolta, furie, deprimare etc) care apar inevitabil in acest gen de relatii.</span></p>

Semnate de consultanti in management cu experienta, erau scrise cu profesionalism si sunau convingator.

<p style="text-align:left;">In urma cu an, citeam in presa o serie de articole menite sa atraga atentia asupra faptului ca emotiile influenteaza covarsitor procesele manageriale, motiv pentru care trebuie sa li se acorde o atentie deosebita. Semnate de consultanti in management cu experienta, erau scrise cu profesionalism si sunau convingator.<br />
Cu toate acestea, articolele respective mi-au lasat un gust amar. Apareau la mai bine de 100 de ani (!!!) de cand psihanaliza demonstrase fara putinta de tagada ca, in ceea ce priveste fiinta umana, afectivitatea „bate” mai intotdeauna ratiunea. <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Vor trebui sa treaca alti 100 de ani pentru ca managerii si consultantii in management sa ia in considerare inconstientul? </span>ma intrebam usor sarcastic.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">De aceea, atunci cand Clementina m-a invitat sa particip la crearea unei rubrici de psihanaliza organizationala, am fost deopotriva surprins si incantat. Poate ca nu trebuie sa asteptam chiar 100 de ani…</p>
<h4 style="text-align:left;"><strong>Sa aplici psihanaliza in mediile organizationale?  De ceee?!  E posibil? Cum? </strong></h4>
<p style="text-align:left;">Iata cateva intrebari menite sa starneasca controverse, sa provoace indignare si sa stimuleze gandirea celor care pretind ca gandesc „out of the box”. Caci psihanaliza a fost de la bun inceput si ramane prin excelenta subversiva, lezandu-ne narcisismul si fortandu-ne sa ne asumam partea intunecata din noi insine… pentru a putea evolua.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Ce poate face un psihanalist pentru organizatii?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">In primul rand, sa ajute ca ceea ce este inconstient sa devina constient. Idealul psihanalitic este omul constient, care are o relatie buna cu inconstientul sau, in sensul ca poate descifra mesajele acestuia inainte ca acestea sa devina patogene. A fi constient echivaleaza in logica psihanalitica cu a fi sanatos.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Nu angajezi un psihanalist pentru a-ti creste vanzarile sau profiturile!   <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Psihanaliza nu trebuie confundata cu un program de Business sau Executive Coaching.</span> Pentru psihanalist, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">eficienta este o consecinta, niciodata un obiectiv (!) si in acest mod de gandire rezida forta sa</span><strong>. </strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Psihanalistul faciliteaza constientizarea, constietizarea transforma organizatia, o face sa devina sanatoasa, capabila sa se adapteze suplu schimbarilor, iar o organizatie sanatoasa este eficienta pe termen lung.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Originalitatea si profunzimea gandirii psihanalitice, adaptate contextului organizational, pot crea lideri echilibrati, autoreflexivi, mai putin narcisici, mai maturi emotional si mai intelepti.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">De asemenea, pot crea un mediu organizational securizant, in care progresul sa nu pericliteze echilibrul si armonia, iar comportamentul politic sa fie contrabalansat de relatii si comportamente autentice.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Evident, in timp ce scriu aceste lucruri, ma intreb daca piata romaneasca este pregatita pentru un astfel de demers. Intre timp, ma gandesc ca putina educatie psihanalitica nu strica nimanui.</p>
